Mushoud Ali

Mushoud Ali , specializes in public policy, gender, education, monitoring and evaluation, training and facilitation, and is a management expert. His core thematic areas of experience are governance and gender equity projects with a focus on women, youth, minorities and special persons. His core skill-set includes strategic directions, capacity building of partners for M&E, program inception, planning and implementation, developing linkages with stakeholders and line departments and community mobilization. Since 2004, through work with Individualland Pakistan and consultancies with UNODC, UNWOMEN and GIZ, Mushoud has focused on gender mainstreaming and gender inclusive procedural evaluations and trainings with law enforcement agencies, prosecutors and judicial stakeholders. He has been involved in assisting the training wing at the National Police Bureau (NPB), Sindh and Baluchistan police. He is also a media trainer including Digital Journalism, Media and Information Literacy and monetization of digital media. Mushoud Ali has 9 years of evaluation experience of for institutional strengthening, management training and technical peer lead for Countering Violence Extremism (CVE), Counter Terrorism (CT) and Counter Terror Financing (CTF) programming working with various P-CVE focused organizations like Individualland and Bargad. He has developed training modules, training framework and also delivered training on drivers of extremism, targeting various demographics with a special emphasis on peace building/countering violent extremism, gender inclusive police reforms, capacity-building in governance, community mobilization and development tools. Mushoud has been involved mapping exercises regarding proscribed militant groups, assisted in development of database of proscribed militant outfits, and analyzed the communication tools used by these organizations while planning and executing Counter communication campaigns.
